The online chat people only recite what is listed in the online help, and as soon as you ask something more refer you to the 800 number. Why don't you make it a bot chat instead? or discontinue it altogether?

Had a simple question - Caller ID on my phone disappeared - showing only phone number now instead of who is behind the phone number.

Right away was told that I need to buy Premier service and gave me the 800 number (which has horrible wait time)

I have not had premier account while the caller ID was working, so I continued to ask the question.

Hate to even start ringing the phone.

Last time I had talked to them - I have wasted almost 4 hours of my time and fixed the problem myself at the end. And their suggestions went to "Buy a new device" or "Buy premier account"
