I contacted Ooma Office about voip phone service and told them we had wireless internet, the sales rep said it would work, had us call tech support and do speed and latency tests, (latency 51 MS), tech support said it should work fine. Ordered phones,long story short after 3 hours on the phone tech support says it won't work with wireless internet service, they say I need a DSL line or a T-1 Line for their voip to work!

If I had a T-1 or DSL available I would not need Ooma.

They tell you anything to gt you signed up and DO NOT DELIVER as promised.

When I requested to speak with a supervisor I keep getting told they are in a meeting and someone will call back in 2 or 3 days.

Do not believe their lies and bull crap! Not worth the time, money or high blood pressure!

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $160.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: User interface full of charge-up bombs, Customer service, Customer service is not helpful.
