Cancelled 2 years ago but charges won't go away. First time I called they gave me a credit of $10 and said they will keep account active ofr 2 months for next person to avoid activation fee. I said fine. 4 months later I see I have been charge for 2 mos. Call again, they said sorry, we will give you a credit of $10 for 2 mos. 2 years later I see the charges continued. Never raised a question because accountant pays my cc and $4 a month was not a biggie. He called and tried to cancel (3rd time) and was told he would be given 2 months credit to keep account alive. He said NO, we have been trying to cancel for 2 years!!!

Also deceptive, Ooma provides you with a Cancellation # even though you really aren't cancelled.

It is like AOL, Comcast, el al. can't cancel no matter.

Conclusion: Filing a complaint with Attorney General of California. Consulting class action lawyer.Like

Reason of review: Deceptive Business Practices.

Monetary Loss: $140.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Service.

I didn't like: Not being able to cancel.
