I got an Ooma for two years. With a few glitches with my Telo it worked.

Last summer service suddenly deteriorated so as to be unusable. I tried cancelling service. Ooma continued to bill me for six months after I cancelled service. I just got off the phone after being referred 9 times.

I spent over an hour explaining my problems over and over to Ooma. They have promised to finally stop billing my credit card. I will see. They have a reputation for continued billing after cancellation.

They offer a good service until you want to cancel and then Ooma is pain to deal with.

I have nothing more to say. Keith
